One lane is currently open on Highway 260. Please exercise patience and caution when traveling through the area, as emergency personnel are actively working to clear a fatal collision.

The Payson Police Department, Gila County Sheriff's Office, and Hellsgate Fire are working a serious accident at milepost 258 on Highway 260.  The highway is closed in both directions between Moonlight Dr in Star Valley and milepost 260.  There is no anticipated time for re-opening, please plan alternate routes. Check AZ511.gov for updated closure information.
