On 8/30/19, CPD took a report of a found vehicle title on the roadway in front of 975 S Main St. The title is to a 2000 Saturn and is titled to Shalee Murphy. If anyone knows Murphy, please advise her she can retrieve the title to the vehicle from the police station.
