Officers were notified by Bucks County Probation that there was a wanted subject at the court in Penndel. Officers arrived and confirmed the warrant from Bucks County Sheriffs. Arrangements were made to have her placed into the custody of the Sheriffs.
On May 7th, Officers in the area of the 7-11 on W. Lincoln Hwy saw a known subject riding a bike. A computer check found an active warrant. Craig Kearns was detained and the warrant was confirmed. Kearns was transported to HQ to await the arrival of Philadelphia Sheriffs.
